Performance fabric for a university campus is an essential element for conducive learning environments and communal spaces. A beautiful selection was specified by Harmer Architecture for the refurbishment of Building H at Monash University Caulfield campus.

Building H houses the Faculty of Arts, Information Technology, Monash Business School, and Monash Postgraduate Association and required tough but aesthetically pleasing solutions for a high-traffic environment.

  2. Natural Linen is also a fabulous faux leather choice. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use it passes 1000 hours UV in the lightfastness test. Furthermore, it is completely non-toxic, containing only bio-based renewable materials with zero heavy metals, mercury, Bisphenol A (BPA) PBT’s or ozone depleting chemicals.
