It was an exciting day when Bonnie and Louisa of Three Birds Renovations joined us in the Alexandria Design Studio to see our latest Florence Broadhurst collection.
With over 20 new Florence prints and a new wallpaper collection, visiting one of our studios really is the best way to view our vast range and see things you don’t get access to elsewhere.

Our Design Studios
Make an appointment to visit your local Materialised Design Studio and bring your hard finishes to put together your schemes with expert guidance from our Project Sales Managers. In our Alexandria studio we even have original 1960’s Florence Broadhurst wallpaper books which you can thumb through!

The Three Birds brief was ‘Hamptons’ for their renovation in Glenhaven. Classic blue and white, fresh, playful, youthful, family.
Hessian Antique was selected for bench seat covers and bolster cushions in the entryway. A well-balanced textural design used extensively to coordinate colour and design in any project. This dense Florence Broadhurst texture adds an organic feel that naturally matches back to her bolder motifs.

A stripe was required for the kitchen dining bench seat and as Florence Broadhurst was the theme and we have access to her design archives, Double Quarter Stripe was unearthed and refreshed for Three Birds Renovations in a timeless navy. Stripes are a staple pattern for any room, and will work alongside any trend.
We worked with The Foam Booth for custom covers and matching bolsters, all made here in Sydney. 100 mm high density foam was selected for the seat cushions and 50 mm foam for the back rests, with dacron between the foam and the fabric.

White Covers In A Family Home? No Problem!
The chosen designs are printed onto Arizona at our Blakehurst digital print facility. This textured cotton-feel polyester base cloth meets abrasion resistance requirements of AS 2687 for Class 5 Commercial Heavy Duty and has a ‘rub rate’ of over 100,000 (Martindale). So, if required, simply throw in the wash (or you can even dry clean it.)
We think you’ll agree, the results are stunning!

How To Purchase
If you’re a trade customer you can order samples and place order enquiries through the website. Or book in with one of our team to see the whole amazing Florence Broadhurst collection.
If you’re a consumer, The Foam Booth are carrying these fabrics in their showrooms and online store and we can’t recommend them highly enough for excellent customer service and product.
